Grand Blue Tier Lists

Tier lists in week one of Early Access are snapshots, not law. Grand Blue still adds fruits, styles, and islands. What we can rank honestly is the public rarity table, how those fruits feel on island camps, and which starter stacks waste Release! rerolls. If a creator tells you the list is “final,” they are selling a thumbnail.

How we rank

Criteria, in order:

1. Can it finish island quests without a second fruit? If no, it cannot be S.
2. Does it help at the hourly plant contest? Mobility and range matter when ten players run at the same tree.
3. Does it scale into a boss door? Burst and stun beat cosmetic fire.
4. Rarity cost. A Celestial that you will never see is not a beginner recommendation even if it is S.
5. Swap cost. Mastery saves, so a fruit can be B for now and S later without wasting your hour.

We do not rank vapour. If a fruit is not on the public table, it is not on the list.

Quick take

• Keep immediately: Darkness, Flame.
• Play happily: Wolf, Bomb, Chop, Drain.
• Use until replaced: Spike, Strength, Cannon.
• Filler: Spin.

Builds follow the fruit you actually ate, not the fruit a YouTuber ate. If you have Cannon, you are a Cannon build this afternoon. The builds page says how to make that less miserable.

Codes and tiers

Rerolls from codes do not move a fruit’s tier. They move your Traits and Race, which can bump a B fruit into a comfortable A for your hands. Spend them with the reroll planner after you pick a fruit, not before.

When this hub will change

Patches tracked on updates and Early Access notes will reshuffle rows. We will not silently swap S and D to chase clicks. The fruit page and this hub stay in sync, and both stay in sync with how to get fruits so a 0.5% Celestial is never treated like a common drop.
